Also a nice approach. 👍🏼 We don't do meat-salad a lot just bc of the kinds of leftovers we have and don't have, plus egg works real good with the other flavors in the classic stinky salad. (But if we had smoked fish sitting around on the regular I'd probably put it in Everything. Wait, why DON'T we have smoked fish sitting around on the regular. (Probably because it's hella $$))
