I went to the coast! On my motorbike! And it was gorgeous. The end.

Really, it did wonders for my mental health. I think I should institute regular ocean breaks in my life.

Also, apropos of nothing... when surfing through my photos, I suddenly found myself nostalgic and homesick for winters in St. Paul:

Dude it was so awesome. I didn't really even do anything; I hiked around in the trees and got kinda lost, ran around on top of a ridiculous cape once I finally found it, and then paced around on the beach for a bit, pissing off seagulls and probably looking kind of suspicious to the people who were there to sunbathe or surf. And I was completely and totally satisfied with my day. Total psychic reboot.
