WOW, I totally skipped a night. Fell asleep in the afternoon after work, got up briefly in the evening, went back to bed "for a few minutes," and sat up abruptly at 5:30 am.

Now what? Write, I guess.

So Lauren's thing linked to this checklist for how to leave an abusive relationship. And I read it and was like, "whoa."

May it never be situationally appropriate, but... read it anyway.
