I'd rather they than dolphins. Hopefully--as the crows rise to take their eventual place as top being--they will either crush their competition, the parrot, or nature will make the parrot the crow's great ape.

I could definitely see parrots becoming the interesting-but-mostly-irrelevant tropical relative, while crows move on to control everything between the Arctic and Australia.
