Spoiler: Well, I don't want to be a tease.

It's called "Mushroom," and it's a poor man's Drinking Jenga. Play goes around in a circle, with each player putting another card on the tallboy. The only rule is that two corners of their card must be hanging out in thin air. He or she what spills the mushroom must chug the tallboy.

I'm seriously on tenterhooks waiting for responses to this one; it's kind of embarrassing. I played it in '04 with a group of Pennsylvanians and New Englanders, but haven't ever heard of it before or since, and I actually sort of forgot all about it until I accidentally found the picture while looking for something else. It is the Loch Ness Monster of drinking games.
