For real. The first thing I mentioned to Chase when the rumours started to swirl was Torrefazione.

The Division Stumptown (which is, in my opinion, the best one, with the best people) is currently undergoing construction to expand, which is exciting, because it's very small, like most of the Stumptown shops. I'd been wondering, when they started the construction whenever ago, if this was the indicator of a new phase for the company.

Yeah. I... kind of expect a decline, but I bet it'll be fairly slow. I dunno. :/

There's also Coava Coffee Roasters (which Red E also sells) for beans after Stumptown's decline, they're hardcore Chemex folks but their ambiance is not what my local Stumptown is.

I think :/ is the best emoticon for it all.
