...Okay, so it's a game foldout, rather than a booklet, and that's the first thing printed in it. The first thing that's printed in it that isn't warnings/legal notices/etc. or short descriptions if the controls is:

"Visit other players' towns, or have others visit yours, over local wireless or the internet."

...Seems even more legit.
