"What’s depressing is how many of the laugh lines were verbatim from the interview. "

Yes! If by depressing they mean hilarious. I watched the interview with my Mom and I watched SNL with my Dad and he didn't believe me when I was laughing and saying it was almost word for word. But I really wished Sarah Palin had actually asked for a lifeline.

...A lot of the people commenting in that link are saying Tina Fey might be a republican? I don't believe that. During Weekend Update she always talked about the stories that dealt with womens issues, and wikipedia calls her an "environmentalist" for driving a hybrid and recycling (not the most convincing piece of evidence, I know). And imdb has the quote:

On the idea of future Sarah Palin SNL skits: "I want to be done playing this lady Nov. 5. So, if anybody can help me be done playing this lady Nov. 5, that would be good for me."

Which makes me think the only thing that could possibly mean is she wants Obama to win. If she is a republican, she is a very bad one. But her character on 30 rock is hilarious. She is kind of a bad person who doesn't want to be, but always gives in to fear impulses and ends up lying to her boss about ratting him out to the press, turning in her "suspicious" neighbor for being a terrorist when he was really being secretive about filming an audition for the amazing race (one of my most favorite episodes) and just being...I don't know, an overworked, underpaid average person? I think that's the real point to her character there. I think the real Tina Fey knows that life is hard and people sometimes take easy ways out because they are too busy to make great moral choices.

I would be personally disappointed if I found out she was a republican.

Do you know of a program or something that will delete duplicates of songs in iTunes (that will work on Vista)?

Ugh, I was hoping you had something. This is the second time I've moved my music, the first time I did it to my laptop and now its all going on an external hard drive. Last time I manually deleted them, and now I have more music and it's not done copying and I have 1238 songs showing up as duplicates.

I don't really understand how iTunes works in regards to its own music folder. It created one, inside my music folder, next to the one that I made before, the one that I ripped all my cds to. It looks exactly the same. Do I have mass duplicates because I am supposed to delete my music files after iTunes backs them up in its own folder? Is that what that separate folder is for?

I find the most useful thing is to sort by track length.

But yeah, you are going to have to go in and delete all those duplicates.

Tina Fey is love.

Tina Fey as Sarah Palin is just... comedic genius.

Tina Fey is much too attractive to make a good Palin. What's-her-name, the one that did Katie Couric in that clip, is a closer visual match. And the voice is a little too Wisconsin.

But the mannerisms? She's got those cold.
