So I think the crows realize that Something is Up, but they don’t seem to have a very complete opinion about it yet, so they’re cautiously going about business as usual.

The feral cats don’t seem to have noticed anything.

Ruth saw a coyote on NE 8th ave a week or two ago. The crows seemed to be following and hassling it.

Ain’t seen the skunk lately, but did see a raccoon passing through the back yard one night.

When I was visiting my sister, she told me they used to point out squirrels on the bird feeder to her son to teach him what they were called, but he thought they were pointing at the feeder itself. So now a bird feeder is called a “gwhirl” at their house.
